Contacts and invoices sync as you work
Students become contacts in Xero and their invoices follow, with no file to export from one system and import into the other.
Payments wait for a person
A recorded payment sits in the payment confirmations list as pending. Someone on your team checks it, then syncs it to Xero or rejects it.
Credit notes are confirmed the same way
Credit notes have a confirmations list of their own, and post to Xero only once your team has confirmed them.
Your own account codes, item codes and tax types
Each invoice line carries the Xero account code, item code and tax type your finance team chose. Save them once on a line item template and every payment plan reuses them.
A sync status on every record
Invoices and payments show whether they have synced. A rejected or failed item stays listed, so it is corrected rather than recreated.
Your own Xero organisation
XPortal connects to the Xero organisation you already use, and stores that connection encrypted.

What does XPortal sync to Xero?

Why do payments wait for confirmation?
So nothing reaches your ledger unreviewed. A person checks each payment in the confirmations list, then syncs it or rejects it.
Can we use our own chart of accounts?
Yes. Every invoice line uses the Xero account code, item code and tax type that you set.
What if a sync fails?
The item shows as failed or rejected in its list, with its sync status, so you can correct it and try again instead of recreating the transaction.
Does XPortal work with MYOB?
Not yet. MYOB is coming soon, with the same confirmed sync, for RTOs that keep their books in MYOB.
