The application covers personal details, AVETMISS, the programs and start dates, documents and the payment plan, with CRICOS details added for international students.

A bar at the top of the application lists every mandatory field still outstanding and jumps to it. The application can only be submitted once it is complete.
A link for every agent
Each education agent has an application link of their own, so the applications that arrive through it are already tied to that agent.
International students
For an international student the application adds passport and visa details, under-18 welfare arrangements, overseas student health cover (OSHC) and English proficiency.
Offer letters from your templates
Generate the offer letter from your own template, send it to the applicant, and record whether they accept.

Does XPortal handle international (CRICOS) students?
Yes. An international student’s application collects passport and visa details, under-18 welfare arrangements, overseas student health cover (OSHC) and English proficiency, alongside AVETMISS.
What is created when an application is approved?
